I’m feeling a little bittersweet these days. The election is coming to an end, and I’m not sure if I’ll know what to do with myself. I’m sure that these next 6 months are going to be just as interesting, but the poliik of the past year has been beyond interesting. It’s been a greek drama, an unbelievable Hollywood script. I couldn’t be more excited to have my team leading in the bottom of the ninth. That’s never really happened in my short life. My ideal candidate has never had the lead at the end of the game. This year is different, though.
2000 & 2004 hurt. They hurt really bad. This country was taken over by ideologies that weren’t interested in listening, respecting democracy, or sharing power. What has happened to our country the last 8 years has been sad to watch. Why do Democrats always have to clean up after Republicans?
I feel confident that we’ll get the right leaders in charge, finally. I’m not confident that we’re going to get the right legislation to fix our problems.
But for now, there’s only one thing to do. Get out there, and kick the bums out!
